Jammu, Jan 5: Candidates shortlisted for Panchayat Account Assistant posts notified by JKSSB’s latest notification are called to appear for Document Verification before the designated Document Verification Committees as per the dates and venue shown against each, at 10.30 AM sharp.
The notification reads as follows:
i. The said candidates are required to appear before the Document
Verification Committee with the following documents in original; and
x Copy of Online Application form.
x D.O.B Certificate.
x Reservation category certificate, if applicable.
x Domicile Certificate.
x Other documents as per the advertisement.
x Bonafide certificate on the format prescribed by the Board duly issued by the Controller /Registrar of the concerned University in respect of candidates, who have obtained degrees from the Universities/ Colleges outside the State of J&K, other than Central Universities.
ii. The candidates are required to produce Online Application Form as well
as above original documents together with a self-attested photocopy of
each document/ certificate/bonafide on the day of counselling and
iii. Some candidates are figuring in reserved categories, based on the details
they have incorporated in their data i.e online application form. Their
respective claims on this account are further subject to production of
valid reserve category certificate during the process of counselling and
document verification, in addition to the normal process of verification
indicated at para 2(I) and 2(II).
iv. The Board may call candidates from amongst the shortlisted candidates
for Documents Verification in 2nd phase, keeping in view requirement and
other relevant aspects. The notification for which shall be issued
v. The shortlisting and subsequent selection is subject to outcome of any
writ petition pending before the Hon’ble Court.
