SAMBA, MAY 04: The District Administration Samba today asked the Private laboratories authorized to conduct Covid tests to maintain the record of all the positive patients and share the report of these cases along with their complete addresses and Mobile Numbers to the office of Chief Medical Officer through E.Mail [email protected] at 2:00 PM on daily basis.
“It is impressed upon all the Prop/Owners of the Private laboratories who are authorized for conducting of COVID-19 tests in district Samba to maintain the record of all the positive patients and share the report of these cases along With their complete addresses and Mobile Numbers to this office through e.Mail [email protected] at 2:00 p.m. on daily basis, henceforth” an order issued by Chief Medical Officer stated.
