Rajouri admin retrieves 25 illegally occupied Govt Buildings in 40 days

RAJOURI, MARCH 03: District administration Rajouri in a statement said that it has vacated 25 government Buildings from illegal occupation in last 40 days, including 3 of them today, and handed over to the concerned department for public use.

Going tough against the illegal occupation of the Government buildings, Deputy Commissioner, Rajesh K Shavan in yet another move today vacated 3 more Government buildings which belong to Rural Development Department and ICDS.

Pertinently, the District Development Commissioner has issued standing instructions to the Block Development Officers to report about the public Buildings under illegal possessions.

The three buildings were under illegal possessions for years. The buildings those vacated today arebPanchayat Ghar and Community Hall of RDD and one Anganwadi centre of ICDS Project Thanamandi.

It is worth mentioning here that as many as 25 Government buildings including panchayat Ghars, Anganwari centres, schools, PHCs have been vacated in last 40 days under the drive of district administration.

Besides, several bottlenecks have been removed hampering   the major Developmental Projects and the work on them is going smoothly.
