GMC on Monday announced 47 vacancies for Anesthesia technicians at DRDO Hospital, Jammu. The advertisement is for Divisional Cadre, and candidates from all over Jammu can only apply for the post. The vacancies are level 6th pay grade, and the salary will range between 35,400-1,12,400.
The eligibility for the post is Bachelor’s Degree in Anesthesia Technology from any recognized university, and the Selection Criteria for the position are 100 points for Bsc. The maximum age limit for the vacancy is 45 years.
The submission of forms will begin from 14 June and will last till 19 June and be submitted offline during office hours.

The candidate should be permanent resident/ Domicile of J&K.
The eligibility conditions and the qualifications for filling up of these posts on contractual basis shall be the same as prescribed for these posts in the relevant recruitment rules.;
These posts shall be in the pay scales as indicated in the Advertisement column against each post. These appointments shall not entitle the appointee to any preferential claim for regularization/ regular appointment under normal process of selection/appointment.
The selection Committee reserves the right not to fill up any post in case Administrative exigency so demands. Conditions of Service in the matter of discipline and conduct of appointee shall be governed by the Rules, regulations and orders in-vogue under the J&K Civil Services Rules.
The contractual appointment shall be terminable on one month’s notice from either side or on payment of one month’s salary in lieu of notice by the appointing authority; provided that the appointment of the contracting party shall be terminable without notice by the appointing authority whenever the post is filled up on regular basis by it and in that case the contracting party shall have no claim against the Government/appointing authority.
