Srinagar, Dec 29: Peoples Conference leader Sajjad Lone on Wednesday said that the probe conducted in the Hyderpora encounter was on expected lines and that it was one more addition to hundreds of ‘ornamental probes.’
Taking to his Twitter handle, the former Jammu and Kashmir minister said, “Hyderpora probe on expected lines. One more addition to hundreds of ornamental probes, Any victims of the past or of the future better ensure that they are not caught up in wrong place at the wrong time or even right place at the wrong time. Onus to save oneself is on the self.”
His comment came a day after SIT in-charge DIG Central Kashmir Sujit Kumar Singh revealed probe findings. He said that Altaf Bhat was made a human shield by the foreign terrorist Bilal Bhai, while Dr Gul was killed by foreign terrorist and that Amir Magray of Ramban was also a terrorist who was killed in the encounter.
