With a view to register public grievances, dedicated telephone lines have been installed in the General Administration Department. The telephone lines can be reached on all working days between 10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M.
Accordingly, the General public is hereby

Besides, all Administrative Secretaries shall also be available for hearing public grievances, between 2.30 to 3.30 P.M. daily, on all working days and can be contacted on the following telephone lines:-
