SRINAGAR, Jan 14: Senior People’s Democratic Party (PDP) leader and former minister Naeem Akhtar was on Thursday shifted to hospital for treatment.
Naeem has been in detention for the past nearly 20 days at the MLA hostel here.
PDP spokesman Najam-u-Saqib said that the detained leader was shifted to Khyber hospital after he developed some health issues.
“Naeem Sahab is fine now, but is under medical observation,” he said.
